The Allure of Swans (2017–present) – Klimas began this series years ago with paintings drawing attention to swan drift, a practice that is now prohibited. From this involvement arose a lasting fascination with the presence, movement, and elegance of swans in the Dutch landscape. In this series, Klimas explores their behavior, stillness, and interaction with water and light.
